Overview

Hogan & Associates Construction is seeking Structural Steel Welders to join their team. Founded in 1945, the company focuses on impactful projects throughout Utah, including schools and medical centers.

Responsibilities

  • Must have personal tools including spud wrenches, bolt bag, welding hood, welding gloves, rod bag, chipping hammer, leather sleeves, and clamps.
  • Become familiar and compliant with Hogan’s safety program and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
  • Attend and participate in Daily Production & Safety meetings.

Requirements

  • Must have 3F and 4F welding certifications, as well as 3G and 4G.
  • Previous experience with rigging, connecting, and/or deck laying preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Able to work along the Wasatch front from Brigham City UT to Springville UT.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and continue to pass random drug tests.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Able to pass a physical abilities test.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Additional Information

  • Work hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as necessary.
  • Shifts and work assignments may vary as deemed necessary by management.
