Job Description

Overview

We are hiring a Machine Operator (Press Brake, Decoiler, MIG Welder) to join our growing manufacturing team. This hands-on production position focuses on producing precision metal parts while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate press brake machines and decoiling equipment to fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications.
  • Set up machinery, adjust settings, and select/install appropriate tooling and dies.
  • Perform efficient die changes to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • Complete MIG welding and basic fabrication tasks to support production and assembly operations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop orders.
  • Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished and welded parts to confirm compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Track production output and report issues or discrepancies to supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience as a press brake operator and decoiling machine operator (preferred).
  • Basic to intermediate MIG welding experience required.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of tooling setup, die changes, machine calibration, and welding processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or on a team.
  • Understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures.

Additional Information

  • Located in Azle, TX.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • Unpaid lunch: 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
  • Two paid 10-minute breaks.
  • Overtime may be required.
