Henderson Products Inc. is the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and up-fit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control. The Installation Technician role involves MIG welding, fabrication, and assembly work for heavy-duty truck builds.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication.
• Conduct assembly work for equipment installation on heavy-duty work trucks.
• Engage in diagnostic and repair work.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform shop math for accurate installations and repairs.
• Ensure knowledge of wiring, electrical systems, and hydraulics.

Requirements

• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes.
• Technical degree or specialty certifications are helpful but not required.

Additional Information

• Day shift hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30am to 4:00pm.
• Location: 2177 St. Rt. 19, Bucyrus, OH.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke.
