Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring MIG/TIG Production Welders in Mansfield for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity combining welding, quality inspection, machine operation, and assembly.

This is a good fit for someone with foundational welding skills who takes pride in quality work and wants exposure to more than one part of the manufacturing process.

What You'll Do

Perform MIG and TIG welding based on production needs Inspect completed parts and identify weld defects Complete rework and repair welds when needed Operate production equipment as assigned Assist with assembly of manufactured components Check completed work for quality and consistency Follow established production specifications and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience Ability to produce consistent, quality welds Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to recognize basic weld defects and complete rework Comfortable working in a production manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Ability to successfully complete a weld test

No high school diploma or GED required.
