Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Perform orbital welding on tubing ranging from 1/8″ to 3″ in diameter
  • Set up and operate weld cells and fabrication equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specification documents
  • Perform MIG and/or TIG welding as required
  • Inspect finished products to ensure all quality and cleanliness standards are met
  • Maintain weld machines, tooling, and cleanroom equipment
  • Clean, label, and handle parts according to written quality procedures
  • Complete production documentation, including labor reporting and rejected material tracking
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on cleanroom equipment
  • Meet daily production schedules while maintaining on-time performance
  • Follow all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or advanced technical training
  • Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding, preferably on stainless steel
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld symbols
  • Strong mathematical and measurement skills
  • Experience using orbital power supplies, weld heads, clamps, and measuring tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous orbital welding experience preferred

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and grasp for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently and over 25 lbs. with assistance
  • Ability to use hands, arms, and fingers continuously during the shift
  • Visual acuity required for inspection and precision welding tasks
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment
  • Willingness to wear the required personal protective equipment
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels, electrical equipment, moving mechanical parts, and chemicals
