Overview

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions, dedicated to the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries. The Welder is responsible for accurately assembling components and sub-assemblies by welding or repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble various components and sub-assemblies into specified fixturing.
  • Join components by applying GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding).
  • Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Rotate positions into different production teams as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.

  • Hours of work and days are decided by production or General Manager.
