The Assembly Technician position at Flow-Tek, a subsidiary of Bray International, involves mechanical assembly of industrial products in a stable and profitable work environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely, efficiently and successfully completing mechanical assemblies of industrial valves, actuators and accessories.
• Following instructions on sales orders and work orders.
• Maintaining a healthy and clean work environment.
• Following company safety production policies and procedures.
• Adapting to change and new situations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe workstation.
• Driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Highly dependable and flexible.
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment.
• Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Available to work overtime hours.

Additional Information

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Additional mandatory overtime may be required, extending shifts to 10–12 hours.
• Additional hours on Saturdays may also be required as needed.
