Overview

Tomorrow RNG is a renewable natural gas producer focused on reducing emissions and creating a greener future. The Landfill WellField Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain valves, well heads, gas lines, and well extensions in demanding field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established field maintenance procedures and design standards.
• Understand and properly identify and use materials and tools for well field operations.
• Become familiar with basic operating procedures for field maintenance duties.
• Make daily Well/Pump rounds following guidelines and time management.
• Install, pull, troubleshoot, clean, and test pump(s).
• Assist with extending gas wells under supervision.
• Know when you have vacuum surging during vacuum surveys.
• Develop basic knowledge of GCCS components and various well functions.
• Perform basic heavy equipment operation skills and inspections.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to the maintenance log.
• Communicate effectively with all teams on location.
• Assist in various tasks during upset conditions.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in shop, storage, and UTV areas.
• Comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must clear background check and drug test.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all elements.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Fundamentals of working with computers and navigating Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multitask and be self-directed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Good manual dexterity and physical ability to work extended hours.

Additional Information

• Must live within 45 minutes of assigned site/area (Garland, TX).
• Flexibility is essential as the role will be on-call and may require responding to unexpected issues.
