Overview
Texas Instruments is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician for the night shift to perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements on equipment while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive downs.
- Monitor and analyze data to enhance tool performance and address related issues.
- Coordinate supplier service and repairs as needed.
- Prepare technical reports and summarize findings, recommending solutions to technical problems.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 5 years of semiconductor experience as Technician or 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent Military Electronics training is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Nikon, ASML, and/or TEL photolithography equipment is preferred.
- Self-driven with problem-solving skills to improve equipment performance.
- Good troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment.
