Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Suspension/Frame Repair Technician to join our team in Bristol, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy-duty truck repair, with proven hands-on experience performing both suspension and heavy-duty truck frame repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair heavy-duty truck suspension and frame systems
• Perform heavy-duty truck frame repair, straightening, alignment, and structural repairs
• Repair frame damage including bends, sags, twists, sways, and diamond conditions
• Operate heavy-duty truck frame racks to straighten, align, and restore damaged frames to specifications
• Use frame measuring and alignment equipment to accurately identify and correct frame damage
• Repair and replace suspension components and related truck systems
• Inspect vehicles to identify damaged, worn, or defective components
• Perform repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Follow manufacturer specifications and established repair procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and shop personnel

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy-duty truck repair
• Proven hands-on experience repairing heavy-duty truck frames
• Experience repairing frame bends, sags, twists, sways, and diamond conditions
• Previous experience working with heavy-duty truck frame racks
• Strong hands-on experience with both suspension and frame repair
• Ability to diagnose and repair heavy-duty truck components
• Experience with frame measuring, straightening, and alignment equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Bee Line frame rack experience preferred
• CDL is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
