Job Description
Overview
The Welder - TIG position involves welding together metal components of products, such as metal appliance parts, using TIG welding techniques.
Responsibilities
- Obtain specified gage wire and set TIG welder to proper temperature based on type and gauge of metal being welded.
- Manually guide electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead.
