Overview

The Robotic Welder position involves assisting in the production of welded parts while ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires performing various welding operations and participating in safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, hand, and robotic welding operations.
• Conduct inspections on products using total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Accurately report daily activities on work orders.
• Conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior welding experience required.
• Ability to pass welding certification test.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free.
• Must follow all safety practices and policies.
• Able to read and understand blueprints and geometric tolerances.
• Must be able to physically lift 65 lbs.
