Overview

The Robotic Welder is responsible for operating robotic welding machines to ensure the quality and conformance of welded pieces to specifications. The role involves adjusting machine controls, unloading welded frames, and performing various welding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify conformance of welded pieces to specifications.
• Adjust machine controls and guides.
• Unload welded frames from the robotic welder.
• Place welded frames in appropriate containers.
• Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt component parts.
