Job Description

Overview

Marathon is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a warehouse facility in Newnan, GA. This long-term, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers room for growth and immediate hiring for dependable, hard-working individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding using pulse voltage
  • Read and interpret blueprints for custom fabrication
  • Complete tack welding and assist with jig fabrication
  • Prepare and assemble components for final welding
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision
  • Experience operating hand tools and welding equipment
  • Must have experience with MIG Welding and pass a tape measure test
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable and punctual attendance

Additional Information

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Overtime opportunities available
  • Must have reliable transportation to Newnan, GA
