Responsibilities

• Finish parts to specification with hand tools and equipment.
• Sand burrs and sharp edges using sanding equipment and hand tools.
• Operate grinding equipment per instructions and machine manual.
• Read blueprints and job routers for specifications.
• Maintain all deburring equipment and perform necessary maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean to minimize Foreign Object Damage (FOD).
• Conduct 5S procedures every week.
• Educate and direct personnel on equipment and resources.
• Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Communicate job-related issues and work in a team environment.
• Ensure 100% quality of products by monitoring and inspecting.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation accurately.
