Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work, including location, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
  • Identify all tools required for tasks and assess safety risks and precautions to eliminate those risks.
  • Use basic tools and maintain care of the tools.
  • Utilize hand electric power tools and pneumatic tools.

Requirements

  • Entry level position.
  • Industrial construction or maintenance industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety rules.
  • Knowledge of fire protection.
