Overview

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, is a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions. They are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer in Justin, TX, to drive continuous improvement and support operations through lean principles and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement through engineering concepts and lean principles.
• Collaborate with teams to support process improvements and standardization.
• Develop solutions to complex problems related to plant layout and design.
• Ensure the LEAN program is properly implemented and maintained.
• Provide technical support during new equipment installation and testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting and establishing preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide daily technical direction to the maintenance team.
• Analyze root causes for manufacturing issues and resolve them.
• Coordinate with the Facility Manager to maintain quality of work process systems.
• Provide technical product assistance and prepare documentation.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor.
• Abide by all company safety rules and attend safety meetings.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other solid modeling software.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement and problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and analytical approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to accept assignments including intermittent travel up to 10%.
