Overview

Trevi specializes in state-of-the-art metal fabrication, serving clients in luxury residential, dining, museum displays, and themed venues. They are seeking a MIG/TIG Welder proficient in welding aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machines such as press brakes, metal rollers, and saws.
  • Select proper dies and punches based on material thickness and type.
  • Check work for conformance to specific drawing tolerances.
  • Set up tooling, load programs, and set machine parameters.
  • Layout location of holes, cutouts, and bends for assembly.
  • Roll cylinders and cones for various designs.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Mig and Tig welding.
  • Knowledge of AWS procedures and positions.
  • Experience operating saws, press brakes, and tube/metal rollers.
  • Proficiency as an ironworker.
  • Strong attention to detail and safe practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including bills of materials and drawings.
  • Effective interaction with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to write operating instructions in English.
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.

What you'll be running

This posting calls for MIG and TIG work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle.
