Responsibilities

• Shape and influence strategies to develop and deliver complex systems.
• Act as a coach and mentor to other team members by sharing technical expertise.
• Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts.
• Influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered.
• Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of structural or construction engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
• SE required or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Strong technical foundation with an interest in expanding impact beyond traditional design responsibilities.
• Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes and support multidisciplinary teams.
