Overview

As a Civil/Structural Engineer at ENERCON, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on designing structural systems for power-generating facilities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow their technical skills and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and design structural systems that support power-generating facilities.
  • Manage assignments with minimal oversight, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Produce accurate, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings and calculations.
  • Stay current with industry codes, standards, and safety practices, especially in the nuclear sector.
  • Travel to plant sites to interface with clients and perform walk-downs of structures and systems.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and quality engineering work.

Requirements

  • Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in civil/structural engineering from an accredited university.
  • Available to start in the next 1-2 months.
  • Design modification experiences preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the preparation of structural designs.
  • Knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and RISA-3D is preferred.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
  • Willingness to travel for client and company projects.
