Overview

Step into a fast-moving manufacturing environment as a MIG Cell Production Welding Technician. You’ll perform repetitive, precision welds on steel components, follow detailed blueprints and work instructions, and keep quality consistent across high volumes within a structured, safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume MIG welding on steel parts within a dedicated production cell
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and documented work instructions
  • Carry out repetitive weld sequences while sustaining strict quality standards
  • Achieve daily throughput goals and uphold all safety expectations
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings to plan work safely
  • Coordinate with supervisors on work orders, priorities, and line needs

Requirements

  • Hands-on welding experience in a production or manufacturing setting

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
