Overview

As a Marine Aluminum Welder–Fitter at Munson Boats, you will construct highly customized welded aluminum vessels in a state-of-the-art production facility. This role emphasizes craftsmanship and teamwork, allowing you to build boats that are trusted worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality aluminum welding with an emphasis on structural integrity and appearance.
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and other vessel components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Achieve accurate fit-up and apply proper welding techniques.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work efficiently within a 3–4 person team under a lead supervisor.
