Job Description

Overview

We are looking for Quality Marine Construction employees to join our team in Volente, TX, just outside Austin. No experience is required, and we provide all necessary tools for the job, starting at $20 an hour and increasing based on experience and drive.

Responsibilities

  • Construct and repair boat docks.
  • Perform metal and welding fabrication.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on existing boat docks.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely.
  • Drive a boat and work truck, and pull a trailer.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks outdoors and on water.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency with welding and fabrication techniques.
  • Basic and advanced knowledge to troubleshoot problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address construction challenges.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects by hand.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or lead a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to speak English.
