For our station at Barcelona we are currently looking for:Role Purpose:Support certified personnel in the preventive and curative maintenance of aircraft, verifying the correct operation in accordance with the regulations of both the aeronautical authorities and manufacturers.Key Accountability:In collaboration with certified personnel: Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, installing and repairing sheet metal components used in aircraft and aerospace equipment.Guarantee the structural integrity and safety of the aircraft, work on metal parts that make up the structure, wings, control surfaces and other essential components of the aircraft.Sheet Metal Fabrication: Cutting, shaping, and molding sheet metal using various tools and equipment, such as shears, brakes, rollers, and specialized machinery, to create aircraft components according to plans and engineering specifications.Reading and interpretation of aircraft plans.Follow company MOE procedures and customer procedures during assigned maintenance task.Working Experience & Qualification:High school leaving certificate /Diploma.Courses and training that accredit formations in the field.EWIS, FTS and HF current, ability to work nights and weekends.Skills, Knowledge & Requirements:Fluent technical English knowledge, organization, attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, customer orientation.Ability to work in team but also independently when it is needed and ability to handle multiple tasks.Continuous attitude of learning and improvement.Driving License and Criminal record.The Candidate must have the right to live and be eligible to work in European Union.The Company offers:Competitive Salary: We recognize and value your dedication with a salary that reflects your experience and skills.Vueling Flight tickets with confirmed seat (after 6 months in the company).Health and Wellness Benefits: Enjoy peace of mind with our private health insurance for you and your family and pension plan.Develop your career with us through specialized technical courses, including type rating.Expand your personal skills with language courses, team leadership, and coaching sessions.Special Discounts: Take advantage of exclusive discounts on products through Vueling Discounts
