Overview

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will work in a team environment, providing technical support to ensure a safe environment and the production of high-quality products. This role involves maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs across various systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain manufacturing processes and equipment in optimum condition.
  • Provide technical support to ensure safety and quality in production.
  • Operate electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and welding equipment.
  • Repair and replace building systems and plant equipment.
  • Inspect systems for compliance and monitor pressures and temperatures.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and apply lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • Troubleshoot various systems including electrical, hydraulic, and refrigeration.
  • Read and design blueprints for repairs and modifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in maintenance is required.
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, and equipment repair is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of plant equipment maintenance operations is required.
  • Aptitude in industrial plant, mechanical, or electrical work is required.
  • Understanding of building systems, electrical distribution, and hydraulic systems is required.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems and welding techniques is required.
