Overview
Plexus is seeking adaptable, highly motivated engineers for the TED/NPI Rotational Engineer position aimed at graduates from April to June 2027. The role involves engaging in impactful work through global collaboration and emerging technologies, with a focus on new product introductions (NPI) and technical leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Relocate to key manufacturing sites for temporary assignments aligned with critical NPI program needs.
- Provide immediate technical support by integrating with the Customer Focus Team and reporting to the site NPI Engineering Leader.
- Contribute to NPI focus areas such as Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Test Engineering.
- Engage in mentorship from the NPI Engineering Leader and NPI Subject Matter Experts to develop technical and professional skills.
- Identify and help implement process improvements and share best practices with NPI and SME teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Ideal candidates may have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, but other technical backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong work ethic and readiness for the intensity of NPI launches.
- Enthusiastic about facing new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to relocate and excited about working in different locations and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn from experience and adapt quickly when plans change.
- Ready to fully immerse in the program and the Plexus culture.

Additional Information
- The work setting will be a mix of an office environment and a light manufacturing environment.
- A two year program commitment is required.
- Short term relocations for 3-12 months are required.
