Overview

Responsibilities

  • Engage in safety of self and others at the facility.
  • Produce a quality product with attention to detail.
  • Ensure orders maintain internal schedule for timely delivery.
  • Follow directions from manager and functional lead for daily tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities as needed.
  • Perform other job duties as required.
  • Measure aluminum extrusions for fabrication.
  • Assemble cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames.
  • Check material against orders and visually inspect incoming materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to use power tools including electrical, hydraulic, and air powered industrial machines.
  • 2 or more years of Fabrication or Construction experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Additional Information

  • The Dallas Service Center is located in Irving, about 30 minutes from Downtown Dallas and minutes from the DFW airport.
  • Irving has over 80 parks with more than 2,000 acres of land maintained by the City of Irving Parks and Recreation Department.
