Overview

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing. The Maintenance Specialist role involves taking ownership of maintenance activities within the factory to ensure equipment efficiency and production continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and effective maintenance on CNC machinery, welding equipment, industrial manufacturing equipment, and robotic systems.
  • Liaise directly with manufacturers or external vendors to resolve issues rapidly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and repair control & electrical system failures involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, and field sensors.
  • Troubleshoot and repair various machine tool hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated tool mechanical systems.
  • Prioritize and manage maintenance tickets proactively to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Drive forklifts, scissor lifts, and operate gantry crane as needed.
  • Perform and maintain records of repairs and preventative maintenance on assets.

Requirements

  • Experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on CNC machines, robotics, and welding equipment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and leverage self-discovery and external training resources.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate vendors and collaborate with engineers and operations.
