Overview

The Mechanical Engineer for Mud Pumps position is based in Spring, TX and is a contract role focused on the design and development of mud pumps and related equipment, ideally suited for candidates with oil and gas experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Design & development of Mud Pumps and related equipment
  • O&G experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Solidworks
  • Ability to perform Engineering Calculations
  • Experience with Tolerance stack up
  • Knowledge of FEA
  • Familiarity with industry specifications such as API 6A, 7K, and 8C, ISO, API
  • Hydraulic System and P&ID knowledge
