Overview

The Weekend Industrial Maintenance Technician role at Anheuser-Busch involves working in a high-speed manufacturing environment to provide maintenance support. The company is known for its iconic beer brands and is committed to safety and community support.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, including disassembling and reassembling machinery.
  • Perform mechanical work such as bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacements, and valve and pump maintenance.
  • Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
  • Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements and complete assigned work efficiently.
  • Be part of an effective work planning process that utilizes work orders and part staging.
  • Assist with process improvement and initiate change.
  • Analyze knowledge and process data to make decisions on equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures required.
  • Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist and lift items up to 50 pounds.
  • Precision machining skills and welding ability preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Excel proficiency.
