Overview
The Pipe Welder 1st Class position involves welding pipes of various metals on ships or in shops to support the fabrication and construction of marine vessels, including US Naval, Military Sealift Command, and commercial ships and barges.
Responsibilities
- Weld pipes of various metals on a ship or in a shop.
- Support fabrication and construction of marine vessels.
Requirements
- GTAW - 6G, Open Root - Aluminum skills.
