Job Description

Overview

We are hiring experienced Carbon MIG Welders, Structural Welders, and Stainless TIG Welders in the Phoenix, AZ area for long-term projects lasting 4 months with a work schedule of 55-60 hours a week. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of strong fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on carbon steel with strong fabrication and fit-up skills.
  • Read blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.
  • Weld in multiple positions as required.
  • Engage in structural steel welding and fabrication.
  • Work with frames, supports, structural components, and assemblies.
  • Measure, layout, fit, and weld from prints.
  • Execute TIG welding on stainless steel with a focus on clean, high-quality welds.
  • Read blueprints, isometrics, and weld symbols for stainless piping and fabrication.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant welding/fabrication experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass an onsite weld test.
  • Must have appropriate welding PPE.
  • Strong measuring, layout, and fabrication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
