Title: MIG & TIG WelderLocation: Libertyville, ILShift: 2nd Shift — Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AMSchedule: 4-Day Workweek | Overtime Opportunities on FridaysEmployment Type: Full-TimePay Rate: $25-31 per hourComprehensive Benefits Package This is a 4-day, 40-hour workweek on 2nd shift, giving you Fridays off while still providing opportunities for additional overtime when available. The position is primarily focused on MIG welding, with opportunities to utilize TIG welding skills as well. This is a hands-on production welding role suited for welders who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and taking pride in consistent, quality workmanship. What you'll be running

This posting calls for MIG and TIG work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle. It lays down metal fast and is forgiving on clean material, which is why it dominates production and light fabrication work. TIG (GTAW) uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode with filler added by hand, giving the operator the most control of any process. It is slow, demanding, and the standard for stainless, aluminum, and anything where the bead has to look as good as it holds.
