Job Description

TradeWorX is hiring experienced TIG/MIG Welders for a long-term temp-to-permanent opportunity in the Lower Burrell, PA area. If you have strong TIG/MIG skills and experience with stainless or carbon steel fabrication, this is an opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team producing heat exchangers and pressure vessels. This position offers steady hours, available overtime, and long-term career potential. Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX) Health coverage options Dental and vision options 401K option Company-paid group life insurance Paid holidays after eligibility requirements PTO earned by hours worked Pay & Overtime $20.00–$25.00/hour based on experience and weld-test results Overtime available after 40 hours per week Temp-to-permanent opportunity after approximately 720 hours Schedule 2nd Shift: 3: 00 PM–1: 00 AM Overtime available Job Duties Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum Fabricate components used in heat exchangers and ASME pressure vessels Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding specifications Complete welds in accordance with applicable ASME procedures Perform fit-up, layout, fabrication, and weld-quality inspections Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Requirements 3+ years of welding experience Strong TIG and MIG welding skills ASME welding certification or ability to successfully pass the required weld test Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and/or aluminum Industrial, manufacturing, or heavy-fabrication welding experience Reliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled shift and overtime Ideal Candidate Experienced welder with industrial, pressure-vessel, or heavy-fabrication experience Confident performing TIG/MIG welding and completing a weld test Able to read fabrication drawings and follow welding procedures Dependable with strong attendance and safety awareness Takes pride in producing clean, high-quality welds How to Apply Apply now. What you'll be running

This posting calls for MIG and TIG work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle.
