Overview

TBEI - Tishomingo is a cutting-edge manufacturer of Class 3-8 truck bodies and truck and trailer hoists. They are currently hiring Welders to join their DuraClass team, offering various bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Move components into place using jib boom, crane, conveyors, or manual lifting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to lay out, position, and align parts.
  • Tack weld and clamp components in preparation for welding.
  • Efficiently perform wire-feed welding on steel components.
  • Ensure measurement accuracy and consistent weld quality.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Keep a clean, organized workspace.
  • Maintain a strong safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work activities.
  • Support Lean manufacturing and team-based improvements.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment welding test.
  • Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel.
  • Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded parts.
  • Capable of reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
  • Recent graduates accepted with a good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Must be reliable with great attendance.
