Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and contractors in maintaining and repairing building utility systems.
• Assist maintenance team members in installing, servicing, and repairing all plant equipment.
• Sustain and improve the Preventative Maintenance program by providing and executing improvement recommendations.
• Provide recommendations for maintaining storeroom inventory levels and requisitions of spare parts.
• Verify and report completed work to management for conformance to standards.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues on the production floor.
• Lead, train, monitor, and support mechanics on maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Maintenance experience (Food Industry preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS System
• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds

Additional Information

• Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8pm-4:30am, Overtime as needed.
• Starting Pay: $35.80 - $40/hr
