Overview

As a CNC Production Operator at New Hudson Facades, you will be responsible for operating production machinery to create architectural façade components. This full-time position involves working the third shift, where you will ensure high-quality output while collaborating with your team in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely set up and operate production machinery for consistent, high-quality output
  • Load raw materials and parts; stage jobs according to specifications
  • Monitor equipment performance and fine-tune machine settings as needed
  • Use precision measuring tools to inspect completed parts against specs
  • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production standards
  • Flag quality concerns promptly and report equipment issues
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance
  • Accurately record production counts and quality results
  • Keep a tidy, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve nightly targets

Requirements

  • Experience in machine operation, machining, fabrication, CNC, or manufacturing (preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn—training provided on our equipment and processes
  • Basic math and computer proficiency
  • Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance for the full third-shift schedule
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
