Overview

Veolia is a global leader in environmental services, specializing in water, energy, and waste management. As a Field Service Representative, you will provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems, focusing on technologies like ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on various treatment plant instrumentation.
  • Consult with customer management and operation teams.
  • Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
  • Monitor and optimize equipment performance.
  • Install and provide maintenance activities on various UF/RO membrane configurations.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process and controls on equipment.
  • Create and maintain site paperwork, providing customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
  • Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
  • Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC.
  • Review customer plant installations against WTS reference drawings.
  • Train customer operators around operation and maintenance of their system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification or international equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally.
  • Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
