Responsibilities

  • Build forms and set forms.
  • Read blueprints and perform advanced layout using Simon forms.
  • Layout anchor bolts and use level instruments.
  • Tie rebar and finish carpentry work.
  • Read tape/ruler and set screeds.
  • Perform material takeoff from drawings.
  • Install batter boards and adhere to safety requirements for building work.
  • Operate pneumatic and electric power tools.

Requirements

  • 4 years of industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions.
