Job Description

Overview

The Welder 1 position involves performing TIG welding on various materials and setting up the TIG welder for different metals. Candidates should have a certificate in welding or at least one year of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on materials such as aluminum, stainless, and galvanized steel.
  • Form sheet metal products.
  • Set up TIG welder for a larger variety of metals.
  • Read and interpret project plans.
  • Follow written and/or verbal instructions.
  • Operate forklifts.
  • Weld a variety of products.

Requirements

  • Certificate in Welding or 1 year experience, required.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret project plans.
  • Dedicated, focused, and self-motivated.
