Overview

Tradesmen International is hiring experienced Welders for projects in the Baytown, TX area, offering a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities

  • Read fabrication drawings and mechanical layouts
  • Fit and assemble mill structures, guards, and platforms
  • Install piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
  • Perform equipment modifications and shutdown jobs
  • Inspect fit up dimensions and tolerances
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production teams

Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screen
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
  • Experience in steel or pipe manufacturing preferred
