Job Description

Overview

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder for a premier manufacturing firm in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This role involves producing high-quality sheet metal parts, metal buildings, and enclosures that meet strict customer specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality MIG welding on both mild and stainless steel using various techniques.
  • Interpret shop prints and complex engineered drawings for precise weld placements.
  • Set up, align, cope, fit, and square parts for final fabrication assembly.
  • Inspect finished parts against dimensional specifications and repair improper welds.
  • Maintain overall dimensions during the welding process and perform surface finishing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and operate overhead cranes and forklifts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing machinery and material handling equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience using fabrication tools and the ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
  • Ability to convert decimals to fractions and use conversion charts.
  • 2+ years of familiarity with Quality Assurance Procedures (QAPs).
  • 1G and 3G Welding certifications are highly preferred; Forklift certification is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

What you'll be running
