Overview

Automation Dynamics is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator who is versatile, dependable, and comfortable working on custom fabrication projects. This role involves building custom equipment and assemblies, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work from drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding and custom fabrication.
  • Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
  • Fabricate custom parts, frames, carts, guards, and equipment.
  • Cut, fit, grind, drill, and assemble metal components.
  • Work with square tubing, sheet metal, stainless, and other materials.
  • Accurately measure and lay out projects.
  • Troubleshoot and make adjustments during fabrication.
  • Maintain clean, strong, professional welds.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist with other shop projects as needed.
  • Occasional travel to customer job sites may be required.

Requirements

  • Has previous welding/fabrication experience.
  • Can take a blueprint or drawing and turn it into a finished product.
  • Is comfortable with one-off and custom builds.
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
  • Is dependable and able to handle a variety of shop tasks.

What you'll be running
