Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals and alloys.
  • Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
  • Inspect welds for quality and compliance with safety and industry standards, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in advanced welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
  • Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards such as AWS and ASME.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency with welding equipment and tools, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Certification in Welding Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing welding environments.
  • Experience with automated welding systems and robotic welding is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
