Overview

Employbridge is hiring Experienced TIG Welders for a full-time, permanent opportunity with a growing manufacturer in West Chester, Ohio. This position offers a stable career with excellent hours and a 4-day work week.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel components and assemblies
  • Read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
  • Fit, align, tack, and weld parts to specification
  • Grind, polish, and finish welds to quality standards
  • Inspect completed work and make repairs as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Support team quality and production goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience
  • Strong experience welding stainless steel
  • Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
  • Experience working with material from 16-gauge through 1/4-inch
  • Knowledge of heat control, fit-up, and weld quality standards
  • Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
