A leading service provider in the car wash industry is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to support a fast-paced local team. This full-time position is based on-site in Spring, TX, ideal for candidates within a 30-minute radius who enjoy hands-on work and maintenance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational health of multiple wash locations, ensuring mechanical and electrical systems function properly.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on various equipment components.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Manage repair projects, order parts, and keep inventory organized.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs using digital systems and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• More than 5 years’ experience with industrial or commercial equipment maintenance.
• Proven capability in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in challenging positions.
• Welding skills and experience with 480-volt electrical systems / PLC are preferred.
