Overview

The International Facilities Manager/Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for managing facilities and ensuring compliance with building codes in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have strong facilities management credentials, experience with HVAC and plumbing, and a willingness to travel or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance of electrical facilities and equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and security/camera systems.
• Electrical work and generator maintenance.
• Work with building management systems.

Requirements

• Professional education, licenses and certifications in related fields are a plus.
• Ability to work under stress in evolving/ambiguous situations.
• Interested in traveling on rotations and/or relocating to the Middle East or North Africa.
• Arabic language fluency required.
• International experience desired.
