Overview

BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. is seeking a Structural Welder to perform various welding tasks, including milling, turning, and quality inspections. Candidates must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift and complete a weld test to qualify for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding, and all bench operations.
  • Inspect parts using various types of measuring instruments.
  • Accountable for quality inspections before and after the weld.
  • Set up and operate welding machines, adjusting settings to maintain quality welds.
  • Assist in the welding process of cylinder manufacturing utilizing robotic and hand welding skills.
  • Identify weld quality and ensure adherence to process instructions, sketches, blueprints, and shop orders.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Welding Certification required.
  • 1-year experience in a manufacturing preferred.
  • Results-oriented individual with good mechanical skills.
  • Hands-on, systematic individual with high attention to detail.
