Overview

This position travels to different locations through Virginia for Bridge Structure & pipe rehabilitation projects. The role incorporates the duties of a welder, as well as other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
• Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic processes.
