Overview

The Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 166, in partnership with signatory contractors, is seeking experienced Pipe Welders in Fort Wayne and surrounding counties. Candidates must have expertise in various welding techniques and the ability to read isometric drawings.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in SMAW welding, uphill progression in the 6G position
  • Knowledgeable in GTAW welding, uphill progression in the 6G position
  • Knowledgeable in GMAW-P welding, with modified root
  • Proficient in more processes than just GMAW-P
  • Ability to read isometric drawings
  • Experience in assembling piping fabrications
